ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
The Oakley Institute is a registered charity (registered 25th April 1973, Registration Number 264526)
The objects of the charity are to provide sporting and social facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Esher (West End), Surrey.
The governing document is the Lease and Trust Deed dated 26th November 1971.
THE TRUSTEES
There are currently 10 trustees, four of whom were elected
at the AGM of the Institute held in May 2015 and one of whom (Ruth Loveridge)
was elected at an EGM of the Institute held 11 September 2015:

In accordance with the terms of the Lease and Trust
Deed two trustees are appointed by West End Cricket Club, two trustees are
appointed by the football clubs and one trustee is appointed by the Parochial
Church Council. Current appointees are:
